- The most convenient way to get to Shangri-La Rasa Sayang from Penang International Airport is to book the resort's limousine service. Rates start at MYR150.00 per way. To book the limousine service, you can send an email to rsr@shangri-la.com at least 24 hours before your arrival.
- You can also book a GRAB at the airport's arrival area. Fare is around MYR45.00 for a GrabCar, MYR50.00 for a GrabCar Plus, and MYR66.00 for a GrabCar 6-Seater.
Moving Around
- I recommend using the GRAB app when traveling around Batu Feringgi or George Town.
- You can also take the resort's complimentary Daily Shuttle Bus Service between Shangri-La Rasa Sayang and Hotel Jen Penang (located in George Town). There are several trips scheduled every day. To avail of the shuttle bus service, you have to register with the concierge in advance.
