MoonLite Kitchen and Bar is the rooftop bar and restaurant of Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort offering contemporary Asian cuisine, delectable desserts as well as innovative cocktails. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is most famous for its spectacular view of the sunset.
If you wish to enjoy the sunset sessions at MoonLite Kitchen and Bar, it is advisable that you book your table in advance. Most popular tables are the ones next to the glass barrier. The cool breeze from the Indian Ocean is best paired with you favorite cocktails or ice cold beer.
Guests who booked a room which includes breakfast will enjoy a semi-buffet breakfast at MoonLite Kitchen and Bar. Greet every morning with freshly brewed coffee or tea and just seat back and relax the spectacular view of the Indian Ocean.

The semi-buffet breakfast includes unlimited servings of appetizers from the buffet spread including breads and pastries, viennoiserie, charcuterie, fromagerie, salads and fresh fruits. Choices include Western and Asian options. Free-flowing coffee and tea, as well as chilled juices are also included.

In addition to the buffet, guests can also have unlimited servings of dishes from the a la carte breakfast menu. Western and Asian choices are also available. There's also a section for egg dishes.
Nasi Goreng and Mee Goreng are two Indonesian dishes I ordered from the a la carte menu. Serving size is enough to satisfy you craving for these two local specialties, but not big enough to make you full, which is a good thing because the menu has so many interesting dishes to try.
One of the dishes recommended to me by the staff was the Anantara Benedict. I requested that that the ham be replaced with smoked salmon. The egg was perfectly poached, runny just the way I like it. The arugula added nutty taste to the dish while toppings of tomato and onion added color and crunch to the bite.
Breakfast is served daily from 6:30am to 11:00am. Walk-in guests are also welcome to dine.
