► DINING: ANDONG TERAS
Andong Teras is the all-day dining restaurant of Element Bali Ubud. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner ans serves local Balinese, regional Indonesian, as well as international cuisines. Just like the lobby and the rooms, the restaurant has a nature-inspired design with lots of wood elements and natural light.
Guests who booked a bed & breakfast room package will enjoy the buffet breakfast at Andong Teras. The restaurant's skillful culinary team prepares some of the traditional Balinese, Indonesian and western breakfast items.
One of the popular Indonesia breakfast dishes that I learned to love was the Bubur Ayam. It is a rice porridge dish into which chicken broth is added. You can then choose from a variety of toppings including shredded chicken, fried tofu, hard boiled eggs and roasted peanuts.
What impressed me the most was the high level of personalized service delivered by the restaurant during our stay, when one of the kitchen staff offered to cook Chicken Adobo, a traditional Filipino dish, for us to enjoy during breakfast. The dish tasted very authentic and everyone in my group were very happy to have a taste of home while we were in Bali.
► WELLNESS & LEISURE AMENITIES AT ELEMENT BALI UBUD
One of the highlights of our stay at the resort was the saline swimming pool. The use of salt water in a natural way to disinfect the water, eliminating the need for environmentally harmful chemical solutions to treat the water. Guests who prefer to stay at the resort will find the loungers around the pool as the perfect place to relax while enjoying a refreshing drink from the pool bar.
For the ultimate pampering experience during your holiday in Ubud, guests can indulge in a soothing and rejuvenating massage or body treatment at PancaMaya Wellness. The spa offers a variety of massage techniques and treatment packages, each designed to focus on specific needs.
Overall, Element Bali Ubud is an ideal accommodation when exploring Ubud, whether you want to see nature or experience culture, whether you want to satisfy your craving for exotic flavors or you are simply looking for retail therapy. After each night you spend at the resort, you will feel well rested and ready for another day of adventures in Ubud.
