Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur is one of the highest hotels in Kuala Lumpur which occupies the topmost seven floors of the 59-story Banyan Tree Signatures Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Guests arriving at the welcome lobby will be led by concierge to the high speed elevator which will take them to the hotel's reception on the 53rd floor.
Check-in was very comfortable. I was asked to seat in one of the sofas and was served with welcome drink and a cold towel. Soon enough, one of the front office staff approached me to process my check-in while seated. From the reception, I was assisted by the concierge to my room.
Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur has a total of 55 ultra-spacious guestrooms and suites, all enjoying panoramic views of the city. The interiors are inspired by nature, using lots of hardwood, marbles and earth colors.
