News came out that Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open its first property in the Philippines in the year 2023. Named Rosewood Hermana Mayor, very little was known about the exact location of the property.
According to Rosewood's website, Rosewood Hermana Mayor is a private island accessible by boat or plane. It is situated 10km off the western coast of the island of Luzon. All these clues point to the island of Hermana Mayor, located some 10km off the coast of the town of Santa Cruz, in the Philippine province of Zambales.

Notice the sandbar on the north-east side of the island? It resembles the sandbar on the photo from Rosewood. I expect that the property will be built on this side of the island, which according to the website, will feature 128 rooms and suites, four dining outlets, as well as a wellness center.
Clark International Airport (CRK) and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) are the two main international gateways to the island of Luzon. From these two airports, flights may be chartered to reach the island of Hermana Mayor. We can also expect the resort to offer speedboat transfers for guests arriving by land travel.
