The One-Bedroom Premier Apartment has a very straightforward layout. As you enter, you will be immediately welcomed by the dining area and the kitchen. The dining area can seat up to four persons, perfect for families with one to two kids. The kitchenette is located right next to the dining area, making it convenient to serve food on the dining table.

The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob as well as stainless steel frying pans and cooking pots. You can store fresh meats and vegetables inside the refrigerator, and re-heat food using the microwave oven. There is also an electric kettle should you need to heat water for coffee or tea. Next to the dining area is the living area. It has a sofa that can seat up to four persons comfortably. There is a 49-inch full HD LED TV to keep the guests entertained during their stay. Both local and international cable channels are available. There is also a writing desk with an adjustable desk lamp. I personally like the blue walls and the wavy dark blue carpets as they bring in the coastal vibe of Manila Bay into the room.
About half of the One-Bedroom Premier Apartment is occupied by the living area and dining area, while the other half is occupied by the bedroom and the bathroom. For a 49.4 square meter apartment, the One-Bedroom Premier Apartment was well laid out to be functional and comfortable at the same time. Moving from one space to the other is very convenient without it feeling cramped.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with two bedside tables. The mattress has a well balanced combination of firmness in the base and softness on the surface. Down feather bed topper and duvet cover add more comfort to the sleep experience.

The bedroom is equipped with a 43-inch Full HD TV which has a smart functionality to connect wirelessly to your mobile phone. This will allow you to view videos from your wireless devices and display the video on the TV screen. The ensuite wifi internet connection was consistently strong.

The bedroom has a closet with enough space to hang clothes for a week-long trip in Manila. The bathroom has a walk-in shower installed with a handheld and a rainfall shower-head. Water pressure was strong during our stay and hot water from the shower was available instantaneously.

Just the perfect scent to wear while in the bay area.
