Azure Bar & Kiosk is the poolside bar of Conrad Bali serving fresh juices, smoothies, classic and locally-inspired cocktails which can be paired with a selection of sandwiches, salads, pasta and pizza.
Azure Bar & Kiosk is conveniently located between the resort's main swimming pool and lagoon pools. Guests can enjoy their drinks either at the bar or at the comfort of their lounger.
When swimming under the sun, I usually order fresh coconut water to keep me hydrated. The chilled coconut water will also help to cool down your body temperature. Azure Bar & Kiosk also has a wide selection of cocktails which are best enjoyed during the happy hour from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Whenever I stay in a Conrad or a Hilton property, I make sure that I order the classic Pina Colada or the local version of this drink. Here at Conrad Bali, their local version is called Bali Colada which is mixed with the local Balinese coconut liquer called arak. Complimentary local chips called emping are also served for guests to enjoy with their drinks.
Among the drinks I tried, my top favorite was the Lemongrass Mojito. This drink was made of rum, sweet and sour, ginger ale, and flavored with fresh lime, palm sugar and lemongrass stalks. It was very refreshing and fragrant with a well balanced sweetness and sourness. This drink is best paired with savory sandwiches or pizza.
