The Café, the all-day dining buffet restaurant of Hyatt Regency Manila City of Dreams, will be having a Thai Food Festival on 09 to 22 September 2019. Hyatt Regency will fly in Thai Chef ‘Mum’ Siriluck Lekkwan to prepare authentic Thai dishes during the festival.
Khun Mum has more than 20 years of experience as Thai chef with various Hyatt properties in Asia. She started her career at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok and later on joined Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and Grand Hyatt Macau. Khun Mum first visited Manila in 2011 during the Thai Food Festival hosted by then Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila. After eight years, she returns to Manila to once again delight the Filipinos with her specialty Thai dishes.
The Thai Food Festival will be available for dinner buffet and Sunday Brunch. Regular buffet rates apply:

- P2,799 net (inclusive of non-alcoholic drinks)
- P2,999 net (inclusive of free-flowing sparkling wine and selected cocktails)
