In celebration of the Independence Day of India, the Grand Hyatt Manila will be featuring A Grand Indian Festival on 15-22 August 2019. During this week-long food festival, the Grand Kitchen will showcase Indian dishes, both classic as well as regional Indian dishes, prepared by Chef Senthil Kumar of the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty.

The Grand Indian Festival is available daily for lunch buffet (PHP 1,906 net) and for dinner buffet (PHP 2,200 net). The breakfast buffet (PHP 1,416 net) will also feature an Indian station serving some of the favorite breakfast dishes in India. Families can also enjoy the Sunday Brunch at PHP 2,400 net.

The Grand Kitchen is the premier a la minute buffet restaurant of Grand Hyatt Manila serving both local and international cuisines. The restaurant features an interactive show kitchen where dishes are cooked a la minute, and served straight from the pan on to the plate.
