Chef Massimiliano Pauletto joined Novotel Manila Araneta City back in May 2019 and was officially introduced to the public today in a special media event held at the hotel's Versailles Tent.
A native of the Italian town of Varese, Chef Massi will be bringing his years of culinary experience in Italy, Europe and Asia to the five dining outlets of Novotel Manila Araneta City.
Food Exchange Manila, the all-day dining restaurant of Novotel, will now have a Risotto Station and a Bruschetta Bar.
Gourmet Bar now has an extensive selection of pizza and pasta dishes in its menu. In addition, Chef Massi will also roll out a special Italian Bento Box which will feature dishes inspired by Puglia, Italy.
Indulge Gelato will also feature more Italian flavors to its already extensive selection. Their Affogato is a definite must-try.
The 6th Pool Bar and Lounge will be offering a Milan Happy Hour Aperativo which will run from 7:00pm to 2:00am.
These are just some of molto bene culinary treats which Chef Massi will bring to Novotel Manila Araneta City.
