This whole month of October, Flavors Restaurant, the all-day dining restaurant of Holiday Inn & Suites Makati, will showcase the Filipino classic and all-time favorite Adobo in its daily buffet. Flavors Restaurant will feature six different adobo dishes every day, plus an adobo pasta dish in the live cooking station and an adobo-inspired cheesecake at the dessert station. It is a culinary journey you shouldn't miss.
The Adobo Nation is a collaboration with the Adobo Queen, Chef Nancy Lumen, Team Adobo, and the culinary team of Flavors Restaurant. During the promotion, guests can sample regional varieties of the Adobo dish, such as the classic Pork Adobo of Manila, the Adobong Dilaw of Batangas, the Adobong Manok sa Gata of Quezon Province, the Adobong Puti of Pampanga, the Adobo sa Achuete of Iloilo, and many more.
Adobo Nation is part of the Lunch and Dinner buffet at Flavors Restaurant and is available daily from October 1 to 31, 2019.
