Guests who have booked a breakfast-inclusive room package at Park Hyatt Siem Reap can enjoy the breakfast buffet served at The Dining Room. Breakfast buffet is available daily from 6:00am to 11:00am and can be enjoyed by each registered guest in the room (up to a maximum of two adults and two children).
The breakfast consists of a buffet spread of continental items (bread, viennoiseries, charcuterie, cheeses, cereals, salads) and unlimited serving of dishes from the a la carte menu. The buffet also features an egg station and a noodle station. Coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and fruit juices are also included.

In line with World of Hyatt terms & conditions, when staying in a hotel or resort that does not have a Club Lounge (such as Park Hyatt Siem Reap), Globalists will receive daily complimentary breakfast buffet for each registered guest in the room (up to a maximum of two adults and two children). Members, Discoverists, and Explorists do not qualify for this benefit.
This means that Globalists need not book a breakfast-inclusive room package as they are guaranteed to enjoy daily complimentary breakfast buffet when staying at Park Hyatt Siem Reap.

I was feeling lazy to get food from the buffet, so I ordered most of my dishes fro the breakfast menu. I started my breakfast with Omelet served with Hashbrown and Grilled Tomato. Guests can also customize their omelet with their preferred ingredients. Scrambled eggs, sunnyside eggs, and hard-boiled eggs are also available.

The a la carte breakfast menu also features Cambodian breakfast items such as Beef Noodle Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, as well as Num Banh Chok (Khmer Noodle Soup) which I tried the previous day at The Glasshouse. They also serve Bobor (Rice Congee) which is cooked with chicken, pork or fish.

Another dish I ordered was the Eggs Benedict. I love it that they serve it with spinach and Norwegian salmon. While finishing this dish, one of the restaurant staff offered to get fresh fruits for me from the buffet. I was impressed by how they beautifully arranged the fruits on the plate.

Fresh fruit juices are also available. But for coffee lovers, I personally recommend the Khmer Coffee. Similar to Vietnamese Coffee, Khmer Coffee is sweetened using condensed milk and is served either hot or cold. Other traditional coffee beverages such as americano, latte, and cappuccino are also available.
