The Glasshouse Deli-Patisserie is a French-inspired café located on the ground floor of Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The Glasshouse serves all-day breakfast, sandwiches, salads as well as local Khmer dishes. It also offers a variety of homemade ice cream, pastries, and freshly baked bread.
During my stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap, I decided to dine here to try some of the local Khmer specialties on the menu. I chose the Num Banh Chok which is a rice noodle dish with fish curry broth and topped with slices of young cucumber, long beans, bean sprouts, fresh basil, and mint.

The broth is very thick and has a slightly sweet taste. The flavor of the curry was very subtle and it was not spicy at all. The fish flavor in the broth was not overpowering. The vegetable topping makes this dish very refreshing. This dish is perfect for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
The Glasshouse is open daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
