Grand Hyatt Manila announces through its Facebook page that effective today 16 June 2020, it will already accept dine-in customers at The Grand Kitchen, the all-day dining restaurant, and at The Lounge. This is following last night's announcement that Metro Manila will remain under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) wherein partial dine-in operations are now allowed.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, you will also be asked to fill out an online health declaration form which you can access by scanning a QR code. You will also be able to down the menu on your phone by scanning a QR code (see below). The use of QR codes eliminates the need for a printed paper menu that exposes diners to cross-contamination. Cashless payment facilities such as GCash are also available.

There are just some of the additional safety measures that Grand Hyatt Manila has put in place to ensure your safety when dining-in. These are on top of the standard safety and health protocols prescribed by the government to food establishments.
During this period, The Grand Kitchen will only be serving dishes from the a la carte menu between 11:00am to 7:00pm. The Lounge will open an hour earlier at 10:00am. If you are not yet ready to dine-in, you can still enjoy some of Grand Hyatt Manila's specialties from its delivery and takeaway menu.
