Tapas Bar serves international tapas paired with a selection of new world wines, local and international beers, and cocktails. It is located on the lobby level of Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong and features an al-fresco dining area with a stunning view of Victoria Harbour.
Some of the tapas I tried were the Garlic Prawns (Gambas al Ajillo) and the Fried Squid (Calamares) which both went well with my favorite Classic Mojito. It was winter when I visited Tapas Bar and the installed heaters made it possible for guests to still enjoy the alfresco dining area.
