Benjarong is the signature Thai restaurant of Dusit Thani Manila. In recognition of the authenticity of its Thai dishes, Benjarong was given the Thai Select seal by the Thai government. Benjarong serves both Classic Thai and Royal Thai cuisines.

Dining Venues
The main dining area of Benjarong has well-spaced tables that can accommodate solo diners, couples, and small groups. The space is well illuminated and has a contemporary Thai interior design.
Benjarong also has two private dining rooms that can serve as venue for intimate social and corporate events. Each private room can accommodate up to 10 persons and the two private rooms may also be combined to accommodate bigger groups.
From the A La Carte Menu
Som Tam (Thai Papaya Salad) - It is a generous serving of freshly shredded green papaya mixed with julienned carrots, bell peppers, and string beans. It has a well-balanced saltiness from the fish sauce, sweetness from palm sugar, and tartness from the freshly squeezed lime. There is also a contrast of textures.
Pad Thai - This Thai noodle dish is one of the most iconic dishes of Thailand. This is quite a generous serving that is good for two to three persons. Benjarong serves Phad Thai Gung Sod which is the variety with prawns. If you prefer yours without prawns, you can request a version with chicken or tofu.
Kai Jiew Pu (Thai Crab Omelet) - This omelet is generously packed with crab meat. The omelet is then rolled into a round shape popularized by Thai streetfood chef Jay Fai and finally topped with fried soft-shell crab.
Phad Krapao Gai Rad Khao Kai Dao (Thai Basil Chicken) - This is one of the most popular Thai comfort food which can be eaten as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Minced chicken is stir-fried with garlic, chili, and Thai holy basil. The dish is served with steamed jasmine rice topped with a crispy fried egg.
Khao Soi Gai (Curry Noodle Soup with Chicken) - This is an iconic noodle dish from Northern Thailand. Chicken is cooked in a curry broth. Cooked egg noodles are then added to the chicken curry soup. The curry noodle soup is then topped with crispy fried egg noodles. Make sure to mix in some sliced shallot, pickled mustard greens, and squeeze in lime juice. Add some chili oil to your preference.
Gaeng Khieo Wan Gai (Thai Green Curry with Chicken) - This is one of the most classic and popular Thai curry dishes. Slices or chicken are cooked in coconut milk with Thai green curry paste and made aromatic with kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil. The dish is served in a bowl with a generous amount of green curry sauce.
You can request this Thai Green Curry to be non-spicy, mildly spicy, or Thai spicy. If not everyone in your group can tolerate spicy food, I suggest requesting this dish to be non-spicy and just request freshly chopped bird-eye chili on the side. This dish serves 2-3 persons.
Gaeng Massaman Nuea (Beef Massaman Curry) - This premium Thai dish has a very rich and complex blend of flavors and spices. I love how tender the beef was while the cashew nuts added a crunchy contrast to the texture. We paired this with steamed jasmine rice. The dish is big enough for two to three persons to share.
Gaeng Phed Ka Ped Yang (Thai Red Curry with Roast Duck) - This Thai curry dish is usually served during special occasions such as weddings and birthday celebrations. Roasted duck is cooked in a creamy and spicy red curry sauce. Pineapple slices, grapes, cherry tomatoes are added to give the dish a slightly sweet taste.
Gai Phad Med Ma Muang (Thai Cashew Chicken) - Thai cooking was also influenced by Chinese cuisine, and this dish results from that fusion. Slices of chicken are sauteed with onions, bell peppers, and cashew, and seasoned with soy sauce, fish sauce, and chili paste. This dish serves 2-3 persons.
Khao Niew Ma Muang (Thai Mango Sticky Rice) - This is the most iconic Thai dessert that is very popular to everyone who has been to Thailand. Here at Benjarong, the sweet fresh mango and sticky rice are placed in a bowl and topped with mango ice cream.
Tab Tim Krob (Thai Rubies Dessert) - This is another classic Thai dessert made of cooked water chestnut and served with sweetened coconut milk. Benjarong brings it to the next level by adding coconut ice cream with jackfruit and coconut.
I-Tim Ma Prao (Young Coconut Sherbet) - This is a classic Thai dessert that is usually served in a coconut shell. Here at Benjarong, this dessert is served in coconut shell-shaped chocolate.
Thai Beverages
Your Thai dining experience at Benjarong will not be complete when you don't pair your dishes with Thai-inspired drinks. Here are some of our suggested beverages:
Thai Iced Tea - This well-loved Thai beverage is perfect when eating spicy food. The creaminess and sweetness of the drink will help mellow down the spiciness of the food. This iced drink will also help you cool down. Thai iced tea is available by the glass or pitcher.
Lemongrass Spritz - This is a refreshing Thai-inspired cocktail that includes Four Pillars Rare gin, Mancino Vermouth Bianco Ambrat, lemongrass syrup, lime juice, and Fentimans Light Tonic.
Far East Mojito - A classic mojito with a Thai twist. Nusa CaƱa Rum is mixed with kaffir lime syrup and lime juice. This cocktail is garnished with mint sprigs that add freshness and fragrance.
