Integration in food delivery, advertising, loyalty and rewards, payment and transport services
The partnership between Grab and Marriott will lead to the integration of Marriott's 600+ Food and Beverage (F&B) outlets across South East Asia into the GrabFood platform, allowing customers to bring the Marriott premium dining experience to home or work. This will be progressively rolled-out starting in November 2020.
By Q1 2021, hotel guests will be able to make cashless payments through GrabPay at participating Marriott International properties in South East Asia. Likewise, customers will also be able to convert their GrabRewards points to Marriott Bonvoy points and vice versa.
