If you booked a breakfast-inclusive rate at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort, your breakfast will be served at Olive Restaurant, the resort's all-day dining restaurant. While the Executive Lounge remains closed during Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ), Executive Room and Suite guests, as well as Hilton Honors Gold and Diamond members, can also enjoy their breakfast benefit here at Olive.
Health & Safety Protocols
Below are the important health and safety protocols to keep in mind when dining-in at Olive Restaurant:
- Your body temperature will be read at the restaurant reception before you are allowed to enter.
- You are required to wear a facemask and face shield when entering the restaurants.
- Safe physical distancing is strictly implemented.
- Face-to-face dining is not allowed, even among family members.
- Dining utensils are wrapped in table napkins.
- The dining staff is required to wear a facemask, face shield, and gloves.
- Dishes are covered with a cloche when being served to guests.
Breakfast Schedule
Unlimited Breakfast (a la carte) is offered from Mondays to Fridays while Buffet Breakfast (serviced) is served on Saturdays and Sundays. Breakfast is available daily from 6:00am to 10:30am. Walk-in guests are also welcome to dine for breakfast for only ₱1,250 nett per person.

I was able to try the Unlimited Breakfast at Olive when I stayed at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort in early January. Guests can order unlimited items from the a la carte menu. Options include Western and Filipino breakfast dishes.

The unlimited breakfast also comes with free-flowing chilled fruit juices, hot tea, coffee and espresso-based beverages. Food options may look limited, but there is enough variety of dishes to try every day. Here are some of the dishes we tried during our two-nights stay:
Western Breakfast - Smoked bacon and pork sausages served with roasted potatoes, grilled tomatoes, scrambled eggs, and a basket of croissants. I paired this meal with cappuccino.
Continental Breakfast - French toast, mango Danish pastry, corn flakes with soy milk, bircher muesli with fresh strawberries, and plain yogurt. I paired this meal with orange juice
Filipino Breakfast - Garlic fried rice with beef tapa, chicken tocino, scrambled egg, and sunny-side up. I paired this meal with brewed coffee.
