Dinner Buffet is available daily at S Kitchen, the all-day dining and buffet restaurant of Sheraton Manila Hotel. The buffet spread includes a wide selection of local and international dishes and free-flowing non-alcoholic beverages.

Buffet Stations

Cold Appetizers Section | S Kitchen, Sheraton Manila Hotel
The Cold Appetizers Section consists of chilled items made of fresh ingredients such as sushi and sashimi from the Japanese Station as well as fresh garden salads from the Salad Station. There's also cheese, sausages, and cold cuts in the Fromagerie Station and Charcuterie Station. Pre-cooked shrimps, crabs, and shellfish are also offered at the Cold Seafood Station.

Western Section | S Kitchen, Sheraton Manila Hotel
The Western Section serves an assortment of American and European hot dishes. There is a Pasta Station where guests can order a la minute pasta. The highlight of the Western section is the Carving Station that serves oven-grilled meat and fish dishes.

Asian Section | S Kitchen, Sheraton Manila Hotel
The Asian Section features Chinese, Indian, and Southeast Asian hot dishes. Steamed dumplings are also available at the Dim Sum Station. There is a Noodle Station that serves dry noodles and noodle soup dishes.

Grill Station | S Kitchen, Sheraton Manila Hotel
The Grill Station features a wide selection of fresh and marinated meats and fish for grilling. Meats on skewers are also available here. Grilled whole chicken and suckling pig are the highlights of this section.

Filipino Station | S Kitchen, Sheraton Manila Hotel
The Filipino Station showcases some of the classic and most festive local dishes. Foreign guests should definitely try some of the dishes here. The staff can make very good recommendations. Some of the must-try are the Kaldereta and the Adobo.

Dessert Section | S Kitchen, Sheraton Manila Hotel
The Dessert Section features both local and international dessert items including French mini-pastries and local rice cakes. There is a Halo-Halo Station where you can customize your bowl of halo-halo with an assortment of toppings.

There is also an Ice Cream Station that serves a variety of ice cream flavors. There is a staff that can assist you with your ice cream. Lastly, the Fruits Station showcases the sweetest tropical fruits available in season.
