In-room breakfast is an excellent option for guests who prefer to dine in the privacy and comfort of their rooms. It is also recommended for guests who do not wish to share a common dining area with other hotel guests.
In-room breakfast at Nobu Hotel Manila is available daily from 6:00am to 10:30am. The In-Room Dining Menu features a variety of Filipino, Japanese, and Western options. Below are some of the breakfast sets we have tried so far:
Nobu Breakfast Set with Yakisoba
The yakisoba is cooked with bell peppers, white onion, cabbage, and zucchini. This set comes with miso soup and fresh fruits, and I chose assorted freshly baked bread to pair the yakisoba with. For drinks, I opted for apple juice. This is a fairly filling breakfast enough to provide you energy the whole morning.
Nobu Breakfast Set with Okonomiyaki
This Japanese-style pancake includes shiitake, leeks, cabbage, bacon, chicken, rock shrimp, and topped with okonomiyaki sauce, bonito flakes, and pickled ginger. This is already a complete meal on its own and is big enough for two persons. This set comes with miso soup and fresh fruits, and I chose to pair the okonomiyaki with a mixed green salad. I had this breakfast with a cappuccino.
