Wu Xing is the premier Chinese restaurant of Clark Marriott Hotel specializing in traditional wood-roasted Beijing duck as well as Cantonese and other regional Chinese cuisines. Wu Xing Chinese Restaurant also forms part of the recently-opened Hann Casino Resort.

Wu Xing Chinese Restaurant is inspired by the imperial courtyard houses of China and features an elegant interior design that complements the fine dining experience. The black marble flooring, the brass partition panels, and the tastefully selected furniture pieces add a touch of luxury to the dining space.
The main dining area has dining tables that can accommodate solo diners, couples, and small groups of guests. There is a semi-private dining area that can accommodate up to 10 persons. Wu Xing Chinese Restaurant also has private dining rooms available for intimate family gatherings and corporate functions.
From the A La Carte Menu
Crispy Soft Tofu with Hoisin Sauce - Cubes of soft tofu are coated with a batter and fried until golden brown and crispy. It is served with hoisin sauce on the side.
'Yeung Chow Style' Fried Rice - The signature fried rice of Chef Raymond Yeung has generous portions of pork char siu and shrimps and is made fragrant by chopped scallions. The portion size was also very generous (good for 2 -3 persons).
Kung Pao Chicken - Cubed chicken meat was cooked in a sweet and mildly spicy sauce and topped with toasted cashew nuts. I love the hint of the Sichuan pepper corns and the aromatic smokiness of the sundried chili peppers.
Roasted Pork Belly - The super crispy skin and the tender meat is separated by a thin, jelly-like layer of fat that would just melt in your moutn. The quality is consistent with those served by luxury hotels in Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
Macau Style Baked Egg Tart - Wu Xing serves authentic and premium quality Macanese egg tarts. The crust was firm and flakey while the custard filling has a well-balanced sweetness, creaminess, and smokey caramel flavor.

We were in Clark to welcome 2022 and we decided to have our NYE dinner here at Wu Xing Chinese Restaurant. All of the Cantonese dishes we ordered tasted authentic and reminded me of my fine dining experiences at various Marriott hotels in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. The dining service was also excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was also able to avail the 30% Club Marriott discount. We will surely be back to try the Beijing duck. Hopefully they will also serve dim dum lunch in the future.
