Novotel Manila Araneta City recently launched Cultural Palates, its new themed Sunday brunch offer at Food Exchange Manila. Starting March 2022, Food Exchange Manila will be featuring a different cuisine every Sunday, a culinary journey that you shouldn't miss. This promo will run until June 2022.
The Cultural Palates Sunday Brunch is available from 11:30am to 2:30pm for only ₱2,488 net per person. Listed above are the themed buffets for March 2022.

Ode to Nonna
Ode to Nonna was the theme of the Cultural Palates Sunday Brunch last March 6, 2022. The buffet spread featured heirloom Italian recipes inherited by Executive Chef Massimiliano Pauletto's grandmother.
In addition to the Italian dishes, guests were also able to enjoy their favorites from the Japanese, Chinese, Indian, and Pizza stations. Here are some of the dishes we tried during our visit.
