Markt is the all-day dining restaurant of Swissôtel Clark serving international cuisine. Taking inspiration from food markets in Europe, diners here at Markt enjoy healthy salads, freshly cooked meals, and delicious desserts.

Dining Venues
As you enter the restaurant, you will be welcomed by the warm colors of this dining area. The brick walls, the subway tiles, and the stained-glass ceiling will transport you to the classic food markets of Switzerland.
Further inside the restaurant is this chic and cozy dining area inspired by contemporary European cafes. I absolutely love the Scandinavian vibe of this space. The wooden round table and the bright lighting make this the perfect spot for breakfast and afternoon coffee breaks.
At the far end of the restaurant is the contemporary food hall-style dining area featuring wood slat ceiling, chic tiles, and dining benches. This is the least busy among the three dining areas, making this ideal for intimate gatherings.
Food Stations
Markt has several food stations offering a wide selection of cuisines and cooking styles. Choices include salads, appetizers, panini, pizza, soups, stews, pasta, fried dishes, grilled meat and fish, waffles, crepes, pastries, cakes, and gelato. Corresponding prices are posted at every food station.
Simply approach the food station and place your order with your table number. Dishes are then prepared while you wait comfortably seated at your table. Your food will be served to your table once ready.
Recommended Dishes
Classic Caesar Salad - greens are crisp and evenly coated with caesar salad dressing, topped with chicken or shrimp
Pasta Bolognese - meaty with mild tartness and sweetness, generously topped with parmesan cheese, available with spaghetti, fusilli, penne, farfalle, or fettuccine
Pasta Carbonara - creamy and rich with prosciutto flavor, topped with bits of bacon, available with spaghetti, fusilli, penne, farfalle, or fettuccine
Pesto Pasta - well-balanced flavor of basil and garlic with mild saltiness from the cheese, available with spaghetti, fusilli, penne, farfalle, or fettuccine
Pasta Puttanesca - mildly tart and sweet with rich flavors of garlic, olives, and capers, available with spaghetti, fusilli, penne, farfalle, or fettuccine
All Meat Pizza - Italian style thin crust pizza with tomato sauce topped with pepperoni, sausage, cooked ham, bacon, and cheese
Cream of Mushroom Soup - thick consistency with lovely earthy flavor, drizzled with cream and topped with croutons
Fritto Misto - assorted seafood perfectly deep-fried with a golden crust, served with tartare sauce and salsa, drizzle with lemon before eating
Croquetas de Pollo - The inside is moist and creamy while the crust is super crispy, served on a bed of salsa and topped with cheese sauce
Schweineschnitzel - classic German comfort food made of pounded pork chop, battered and then fried until golden brown
Buttermilk Fried Chicken - the chicken was perfectly tenderized by the buttermilk and gave it a creamy taste, the crust was super crispy with delicious spiciness, three pieces served with fries and ketchup on the side
Sirloin Steak - grilled to your preferred doneness and served with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and your choice of sauce
Surf & Turf - tenderloin steak grilled to your preferred doneness plus garlic butter prawn, served with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and your choice of sauce
Grilled Salmon - excellent crust while moist inside, naturally sweet salmon taste, served with buttered vegetables
Gelato - available in different flavors, my favorites are matcha, tiramisu, strawberry, and mango, served with your choice of condiment
