Smoki Moto is the specialty Korean restaurant of Clark Marriott Hotel that serves traditional Korean dishes, Korean barbecue, and premium steaks. The restaurant also serves a wide selection of fine wines and soju cocktails. Smoki Moto is the only Korean restaurant in Clark that caters to the upscale market.

Dining Venues
Smoki Moto offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The contemporary design is inspired by the hip restaurants in New York's Koreatown. Tables are fitted with smokeless Korean BBQ grills and can accommodate groups of various sizes. Smoki Moto also has two private teppanyaki dining rooms.
Recommended Dishes
Your dining experience at Smoki Moto starts with a serving of this complimentary lettuce salad dressed with corn sauce. It is very refreshing with a mild sweetness from the corn.
Your Korean dining also comes with complimentary Banchan (반찬). There's a wide variety of these Korean side dishes and the most common ones are kimchi (fermented vegetables), namul (steamed vegetables), and bokkeum (stir-fried meat or vegetables). The options vary every day.
Yaki Mandu (야끼만두) are Korean dumplings stuffed with ground pork and chives which are then fried and served with a dipping sauce. The above photo shows a portion for one person.
Yuchae Bulgogi Jeongol (야채 불고기 전골) is a hotpot dish cooked with thinly sliced beef and vegetables. Suyuk Bossam (수육보쌈) is boiled marinated pork, sliced, and served with fresh lettuce wraps. The above photo shows a portion for one person.
Cheese Osam Bulgogi (치즈 오삼 불고기) is a stir-fried dish of sliced squid, pork, and vegetables marinated in Korean red pepper flakes, and finally topped with mozzarella cheese. This can be eaten as it is or paired with steamed rice. The above photo shows a portion for one person.
Here is a Wagyu Striploin steak from Smoki Moto's Sutbul (숯불) menu. Cooked at medium doneness, the meat was very tender and extremely juicy and flavorful. It is served with black pepper sauce and herbed butter on the side, but I prefer it on its own. The above photo shows half the portion of the 300-gram steak.
I recommend the Hazelnut Praline for dessert. The two-layered cake consists of hazelnut crunch topped with a moist sponge cake. Well-balanced sweetness and bitterness. Portion size is good for one to two persons.
Smoki Moto Signature Cocktails
Smoki Moto also has a bar area where guests can sip on delicious cocktails while enjoying a panoramic view of the city. Here are some of the Smoki Moto signature cocktails that I personally recommend. I will surely be back to try more.
Kentucky Basil Sour - A refreshing whiskey sour style cocktail with well-balanced bitterness, sweetness, and sourness. This is made with Jim Bean, lemon-lime, basil, and sweetener.
Crazy Gin Mary - A zesty gin cocktail that is fruity and slightly herby. It has Beefeater Gin, elderflower, pear, lemon, yuzu honey, and rosemary.
