Chef Ryan Hong Joins Hilton Manila as the New Executive Chef
Korean-born Chef Ryan Hong has been appointed as the new Executive Chef of Hilton Manila. Chef Ryan Hong specializes in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines with more than 10 years of culinary experience in Australia, South Korea, Bangladesh, and Thailand.
Chef Ryan Hong has worked with five-star hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Pan Pacific, Le Meredien, and Grand Hyatt. By joining Hilton Manila, Chef Ryan Hong brings his modern international cooking with Asian influence to Manila. As Hilton Manila's new Executive Chef, he will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, including Kusina Sea Kitchens, Madison Lounge & Bar, Hua Yuan Chinese Restaurant, Port Bar, and Freestyle Pool Bar.
