Crust is the beachfront restaurant of The Lind Boracay. The casual dining restaurant serves Western, Asian, and Filipino cuisines, and specializes in woodfired pizza. The Lind Boracay is a luxury hotel located at Boracay's White Beach Station 1 and welcomes both in-house guests and walk-in guests.

Dining Venue
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of The Lind Boracay and is accessible from the hotel's central courtyard and from the beachfront. Crust offers al fresco dining with tables that can accommodate couples and groups of various sizes. Guests may opt to be seated in the shaded area of the restaurant or by the sun loungers located at the beachfront.
The restaurant also stands right next to the hotel's main swimming pool. If you are an in-house guest, you can also order food and drinks from Crust and have them served at your poolside loungers.
Woodfired Pizza
When dining at Crust, you should definitely try their pizzas. There is a wide selection of flavors such as the Salame Piccante which is topped with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, spicy salami, and black olives. The menu also includes Margherita, Seafood Marinara, and Six Cheese.
My personal favorite is the Sisig Pizza. The pizza has a layer of cheese and is then topped with sisig, a Filipino dish made of minced pork, sliced onions, poached eggs, and sprinkled with chopped scallions and red bird's eye chili.
The best way to enjoy the Sisig Pizza is by eating it like Eggs Benedict. Get a slice of the sisig pizza and place a poached egg on top of it. Break the egg and spread the yolk on the pizza. The yolk adds creaminess to the pizza and mellows down the spiciness of the onions and the chili.
Flavors of the Mediterranean
Crust brings the sunny flavors of the Mediterranean to Boracay with its Greek salads, Spanish tapas, Italian pasta, and seafood mains. One of the must-try dishes on the menu is the Grilled Octopus served on a bed of sauteed baby potatoes, chorizo, cherry tomatoes, and romesco sauce.
Platters for Sharing
You can order platters from the menu if you are dining as a family or as a group of friends. These platters are perfect for sharing during a meal or sunset sessions. The Sungkaan Board includes a variety of Filipino street food items and is best paired with ice-cold beer or soda.
The Filipino dish Sinuglaw is similar to ceviche and is usually paired with beer. The dish is made with grilled pork belly and seared tuna cured in coconut vinegar, and served with sliced cucumber, onion, ginger, and chili.
The Truffle Fries are usually oredered together with pasta and sandwiches. They also go well with beer and cocktails. The french fries are flavored with truffle oil, seasoned with sea salt, topped with parmesan cheese, and served with truffle aioli on the side.
The Mezze platter includes falafel, pita bread, marinated olives, artichoke, vegetable sticks, hummus, feta cheese, and dips. It can be shared by two persons as a meal or by three to four persons as a snack during sunset sessions.
Refreshing Drinks & Cocktails
Crust also serves refreshing smoothies and delicious cocktails. We tried the Cucumber Mint and the Mango Lychee fruit blend smoothies which are both perfect for the sunny weather of Boracay.
We also recommend the Coco de Husk. Served in a coconut shell, the cocktail includes Myer's Rum, calamansi juice, and fresh coconut water, flavored with caramel syrup. Its creaminess and foamy texture give it a colada vibe.
Another recommended cocktail is the La Presa Slush. It is made with white rum, Disaronno liqueur, lychee, and strawberry. This has a very fruity taste and is perfect for casual drinking.
My personal favorite is the Butchi Martini. The drink is made with vodka, Tia Maria (rum-based coffee liqueur), Frangelico (hazelnut-flavored liqueur), calamansi nectar, and honey. If you love whiskey sour, you will surely love this one.
Hospitality
Service is attentive and efficient. The restaurant's staff is very knowledgeable about their menu and can confidently give recommendations. The hotel's Director of Food and Beverage, Chef Iain Murray, is very hands-on, making sure that the kitchen runs smoothly and regularly checks with the guests.
