Dishes from the Buffet
Singapore Laksa - The broth was very flavorful and mildly spicy, similar to the laksa served in many hotel buffets in Singapore. I had mine with egg noodles with shrimp, fish cake, squid balls, tofu, and egg.
Assorted Tempura - I had the shrimp tempura and vegetable tempura. Crispy batter and not oily. No need to hoard because they are constantly replenished. You can request a freshly cooked batch to be served on your table.
Italian Dishes - I had the all-meat pizza, the salsiccia pizza, a portion of lasagna al forno, penne pasta salad, and sauteed broccoli. I super loved the lasagna.
Grilled - The grilled beef short ribs were very tender and I loved the smokey BBQ flavor. I also had grilled prawns with butter. The prawns were deveined and butterflied which made it easier to eat them.
Fresh Fruits - I had red and yellow watermelon, as well as honeydew. Among the three, the yellow watermelon was the sweetest.
Dessert - I had tiramisu cake, strawberry shortcake, and pistachio ice cream. I also loved their cream puffs, eclair, and tiramisu ice cream.
