Brezza is the Italian restaurant of Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay specializing in pasta and fresh-out-of-the-oven pizzas. The restaurant is located next to the resort's swimming pool and is easily accessible from the resort's beachfront area. Brezza welcomes both in-house and walk-in guests.
Dining Venues
Diners may choose to be seated inside the restaurant's main dining area or in an al fresco dining area next to the swimming pool. The restaurant also has a bar area where guests can enjoy their pizza with refreshing fruit juices or cocktails.
Brezza also has private and semi-private dining areas which can be booked by families or groups of friends for a move exclusive dining experience.
From the A La Carte Menu
The a la carte menu of Brezza mainly includes Italian salads, a variety of pasta, and pizza, with vegetarian as well as non-seafood options. Here are the dishes we tried at Brezza during our recent stay at Mövenpick Boracay.
Fruitti di Mare Pizza - This seafood pizza has a tomato sauce base and includes generous portions of mussels, squid, shrimp, and seared fish, topped with fresh herbs and mozzarella. Recommended for seafood lovers!
Quattro Formaggi Pizza - This four-cheese pizza includes gorgonzola cheese, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. I love the contrast of taste between the mild cheeses (parmesan and mozzarella) and the stronger cheeses (gorgonzola and feta).
Seafood Marinara Pasta - The dish includes spaghetti with mussels, squid, shrimp, and seared fish cooked with herbs in tomato sauce. A squeeze of lemon brightens up the taste and highlights the freshness of the seafood.
Pasta Boscaiola - This creamy pasta dish is made with fettuccine, ham, shitake mushroom cooked in cream sauce, and sprinkled with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
