Admiral Club is the all-day dining and buffet restaurant of Admiral Hotel Manila - MGallery. The restaurant serves gourmet specialties from the Mediterranean, highlighted by the signature French dishes by Executive Chef Cyrille Soenen. Admiral Club also serves Josper-grilled premium steaks.

Dining Area
Admiral Club is located on the top floor of Admiral Hotel Manila - MGallery. The interior is inspired by the dining area of early 20th-century cruise ships, transporting guests to the glory days of ocean travel.
The highlight of Admiral Club is the central digital catwalk table equipped with state-of-the-art interactive image projection technology. The restaurant is also given a contemporary feel by the furniture and lighting fixtures.
Admiral Club has tables that can accommodate couples and small groups of diners. There are also booth seating and lounge seating available. The Malayan Court is a section of Admiral Club that can be booked for private functions.

Buffet Stations
Not the official name but I would call this the Spanish Station. Served here are a variety of Spanish tapas, paellas, a la minute soup, and meat carving. Dishes here are mostly grilled or fried.
Here is where they serve grilled fish or meat. They make small batches of paella to ensure that guests enjoy freshly made paella. Pizza would be a great addition here.
Here are some of the Spanish tapas served. There's piri-piri chicken, beef salpicao, gambas al ajillo, baked octopus and cheese, baked fish, and a grilled pork dish. A variety of sauces are also available here. You can ask the chefs which sauce goes well with a dish.
Here are some more tapas including patatas bravas, croquettes, Catalan spinach, and grilled corn. The selection of tapas changes every day.
Here is the Charcuterie & Fromagerie Station. There's a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, olives, and bruschetta. The highlight of this station are the homemade pâtés by Executive Chef Cyrille Soenen.
Here is the Canapés & Salad Station. They have both pre-made salads and make-your-own salad. The selection of canapés also changes every day.
This is the French & Italian Station. Some of the dishes served here are Pork a la Provençale, Coq au Vin, Three Cheese Risotto, and assorted pasta dishes. The selection also changes every day.
This is the Asian Station featuring Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian dishes. This station is divided into two sections.
The hot section serves noodle soup dishes with four broths to choose from. There are egg noodles, rice noodles, and vermicelli plus other ingredients and condiments to customize your noodles. Dimsum and other Asian hot dishes are also offered here.
The cold section features an assortment of sushi, sashimi, and maki. There are also Japanese cold salads and Korean banchan.
Lastly, here is the Dessert Station. There are mini cakes, dessert pastries, and chocolate fondue. Ice cream and crepe are also served here.
Sample Buffet Dishes
Spaghetti Pesto - They prepared this for me a la minute. I love the fullness of the flavor of the pesto sauce. Is it topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Laksa - I had my laksa with egg noodles and mixed in shrimps, chicken, chicken balls, mushrooms, and soft-boiled egg. The broth was rich in shrimp flavor and a well-balanced spiciness and creaminess.
Spanish Seafood Soup - I added shrimps, fish, clams, potatoes, and carrots. It was rich in umami and has mild sweetness and tartness.
Pâté en Croûte - This is my favorite among all the pâtés served in the buffet.
Salads & Charcuterie - salads, cold cuts, cheeses, and pâté en croûte.
Assorted Tapas - croquettes, piri-piri chicken, grilled pork, and beef salpicao.
Tapas & Charcuterie - gambas al ajillo, baked octopus and cheese, grilled fish, seafood pâté en croûte, bruschetta
Dessert - oreo cheesecake, Paris-Brest with ube cream, lemon tart
Ice Cream - coconut ice cream, ube ice cream, and leche flan ice cream
Cocktails
Cocktails from the adjacent Coconut Grove are also served at Admiral Club. The selection includes classic, innovative, and locally-inspired cocktails. The hotel has a team of talented bartenders headed by Duane Legaspi, the Beverage Manager of Admiral Hotel Manila - MGallery.
Admiral White Sangria - I recommend this for the ladies. This is an easy-to-drink cocktail made of white wine mixed with Absolut Vodka, Martini Bianco Vermouth, passion fruit purée, Cointreau, and peach syrup. This has a balanced mix of tartness from the passion fruit and sweetness from the peach syrup, with the zesty aroma of oranges. This is a very refreshing drink.
Ginger Sour - For the men, I recommend this version of whiskey sour. It is made with Maker's Mark Bourbon with lemon juice, syrup, ginger and honey shrub, and egg white. The ginger adds a kick of spiciness that complements the lemon flavor.
Off the Menu - For adventurous drinkers, you can challenge the bartenders to create a unique drink for you. Just tell them your preference for a drink. Here is an eggnog-inspired cocktail created by Duane. It has Bailey's, Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur), Alamea (Hawaiian coffee liqueur), Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters, Giffard chocolate cookie syrup, a shot of espresso, and egg yolk. It is then topped with a slice of Italian biscotti. It has a full-bodied flavor of coffee and chocolate with creaminess, sweetness, and lingering bitterness.
