The Breakfast Buffet at Admiral Hotel Manila - MGallery is served daily from 06:30am to 10:30am (until 11:00am on Saturdays and Sundays) at the Admiral Club, the hotel's all-day dining and buffet restaurant. The breakfast buffet is available for in-house guests and walk-in guests.
Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Platinum and Diamond members, as well as guests who booked an executive room or suite, also enjoy their daily complimentary breakfast buffet benefit here at the Admiral Club. If you are not yet an Accor Live Limitless (ALL) member, you can join for FREE at all.accor.com/loyalty-program.
The breakfast buffet spread includes Continental items, French pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, salads, and sushi. There's also a good selection of Western, Asian, and Filipino hot dishes. There are also live cooking stations for omelets, egg dishes, and noodles. Free-flowing espresso, coffee, tea, and juices are also served.
There are tables that can accommodate couples or solo diners. Tables may also be set up for families or bigger groups of diners. Service is attentive but not intrusive. The overall service experience is similar to an executive lounge in a luxury hotel.
Sample Dishes
French Pastries - Headed by a French executive chef, Admiral Club serves excellent French pastries. The croissants and Danish were soft, flakey, and buttery. If you want a typical French breakfast, go for tartine, a slice of baguette slathered with butter and jam. This is best paired with cafe au lait (brewed coffee with milk).
Omelet - Another popular breakfast dish in France is omelet. There is a live cooking station where omelets are made a la minute. Here is my omelet with cheese and ham. I paired it with salad.
Congee - Plain Chinese congee is served with a number of toppings and condiments. I had mine with chicken breast strips, pork floss, sauteed mushrooms, chicken balls, century egg slices, chili paste, and scallions.
Dim Sum - There were three varieties of steamed dumplings served during my visit. There were steamed buns with charsiu, pork shumai, and vegetable dumplings. All had generous filling and tasted excellent.
Noodles - Another live cooking station serves noodle soup dishes. You can choose from a variety of noodles and broth. You can then customize your noodles with your choice of toppings and condiments. I had egg noodles in chicken broth topped with minced chicken and scallions.
Assorted Hot Dishes - An assortment of Western and Filipino hot dishes are offered during the breakfast buffet. Here is my plate with fried rice, corned beef, breakfast sausage, bacon, and hash browns. The menu changes every day.
Fresh Fruits - You can end your meal with a bowl of fresh-cut fruits. I had watermelon, melon, and pineapple.
Free-flowing Drinks - Included in the buffet is unlimited serving of espresso, coffee, tea, and chilled juices. I had a cappuccino and apple juice.
