The Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Okura Manila is served every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays from 06:30am to 10:30am at Yawaragi Restaurant, the hotel's all-day dining and buffet restaurant. The breakfast buffet is available for both in-house guests and walk-in guests.

Members of the One Harmony loyalty program enjoy a 20% discount when availing the breakfast buffet at Yawaragi. This discount also applies to a group of up to 10 persons, including the One Harmony member.

The breakfast buffet spread at Hotel Okura Manila consists of Japanese, Western, Filipino, and Chinese breakfast items. There's also live cooking station for egg dishes and pancakes. Free-flowing chilled juices, coffee, espresso, and tea are also included in the breakfast buffet.
There are also continental breakfast items such as French pastries, freshly baked bread and loafs, cold cuts, sliced cheese, salad, and fruits.
Filipino breakfast options include fried rice, beef tapa, longganisa, and champorado. Not to be missed are the salted egg ensaymada and the ube puto. Western breakfast options include sausages, breakfast ham, bacon, hash brown, grilled tomato, sauteed mushrooms, and scrambled eggs.
Japanese breakfast options include grilled salmon, tamagoyaki, miso soup, and Japanese steamed rice. There's also yakisoba and soba noodle soup. Chinese breakfast options include steamed dumplings and congee with assorted toppings and condiments.
Sample Dishes
Soba Noodle Soup - Start your breakfast with this hot bowl of soba noodle soup that will warm up your tummy. You can garnish it with scallions for extra flavor.
Breakfast Yakisoba - This is simple Japanese stir-fried noodles cooked with thinly sliced meat and vegetables. I had with chicken. You can top this with sunny-side egg.
Eggs Benedict - I had mine with smoked salmon. The hollandaise sauce was creamy and butter with mild tartness. Eggs Benedict done right!
Pancake - I requested an extra fancy pancake with banana, chocolate, and raisins. I enjoyed this with cappuccino.
English Breakfast - I had sausages, baked beans, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomato, and soft roll. I also ordered omelet (not in photo).
Fresh Fruits - Served during my visit were watermelon, melon, dragonfruit, grapes, and strawberries.
Pastries - Hotel Okura Manila serves really good pastries. The fruit Danish was soft, buttery, and flakey. You must also try the matcha-filled donut! I had cappuccino and orange juice.
