Sevii Dining & Drinks is the all-day dining and buffet restaurant of Holiday Inn Cebu City. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and serves Filipino, Asian, and Western comfort food.

Dining Area
Sevii Dining & Drinks is located on the 7th floor of the hotel and is accessible via elevator from the lobby, parking floors, and guestroom floors. The restaurant has a contemporary design with Filipino accent pieces on the walls. The floor-to-ceiling glass curtain allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The main dining area has tables that can accommodate couples and single diners. Tables may also be combined to accommodate bigger groups of diners.
Sevii also has an al fresco dining area located near the outdoor swimming pool. Tables here can also accommodate small to large groups of diners. The al fresco dining area has a view of the Cebu Business Park.

From the A La Carte Menu
Ham and Cheese Potato Croquettes - This is my favorite appetizer at Sevii Restaurant. The crust is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It's not oily and overcooked. The filling includes smoked ham and cheddar cheese with a well-balanced saltiness and savory taste. An aioli dipping sauce is served with this dish. This is good for 1-2 persons.
Fresh Spring Roll - This is perfect if you prefer a lighter appetizer. The spring rolls are made with rice paper generously stuffed with shrimp and assorted vegetables and served with two dipping sauces: spiced vinegar and peanut sauce. This is good for 2-3 persons.
Holiday Inn Caesar Salad - This classic salade includes Romaine hearts, bacon, garlic, croutons, quail egg, cherry tomato, and Parmesan cheese. I had the salad topped with grilled prawns. Other options for topping are grilled chicken and crabsticks. This is good for 1-2 persons.
Pad Thai - This is one of the best-sellers of Sevii Restaurant. The rice noodles were perfectly cooked, not too soggy, and not too chewy. It had mild sourness and sweetness. The dish comes with a generous portion of shrimp, chicken, and tofu. Chili flakes, peanuts, and brown sugar are served on the side so you can customize your pad thai based on your preference. This is good for 1-2 persons.
Beef Kimchi Bowl - This is my favorite among the rice meals. The Kimchi rice had mild sourness and spiciness from the kimchi and well-balanced saltiness and sweetness. The kimchi rice is topped with umami-rich and aromatic grilled beef sirloin, beansprouts, and fried egg, and finally sprinkled with sesame seeds and seaweeds. This is good for 2-3 persons.
Crispy Pork Belly Kare-Kare - This is one of the best-selling Filipino dishes here at Sevii Restaurant. Slices of pork belly are fried until crispy and then served on a bed of blanched vegetables with steamed rice, homemade peanut sauce, bagoong on the side. This is good for 1-2 persons.
Ice Cream - They serve ice cream here as one of the options for dessert. Available flavors are chocolate, vanilla, ube, and mango.
Mango Soda - This is the signature drink of Sevii Restaurant made of mango juice mixed with simple syrup and soda water and topped with whipped cream, mango sauce, and finally garnished with a slice of mango. The drink is very refreshing.
Mojito - Mojito is one of the classic cocktails you can order here at Sevii Restaurant. This one is made with Bacardi and has the signature flavor of lime and mint.
