Here are the dishes served when I visited during Sunday Lunch Buffet. There is a good mix of Filipino and international dishes. Please note that the assortment of dishes is subject to menu cycles. Some dishes featured here may not be available on your day of visit, but this will give you an idea of the variety of options available.
The Salad Station has a selection of lettuce and other vegetables which you can customize with your preferred salad dressing.
Kinilaw na Puso ng Saging - This is a Cebuano dish made with fresh banana blossom cooked in coconut milk and vinegar together with onions and tomatoes. This can be eaten as an appetizer or together with steamed rice.
Kinilaw na Langka - This is a Cebuano dish made with boiled unripe jackfruit mixed with onions, ginger, coconut cream, and vinegar. This is eaten like a salad as an appetizer or as a side dish to savory dishes.
Steamed Banana with Ginamos - This is a popular Cebuano snack of boiled saba banana that is dipped in ginamos (salted fermented anchovies).
Unripe Mangoes with Bagoong - This is a Filipino snack of sliced unripe mangoes dipped in sauteed bagoong (fermented shrimp paste).
The Pasta Station offers a variety of pasta options with your choice of noodles, sauce, and ingredients. Pasta dishes are made a la minute and served freshly cooked to your table.
Available only during Sunday Lunch Buffet, the Pizza Station serves freshly made pizza. This is in collaboration with Pizza Therapy, a Cebu-based pizzeria specializing in Neapolitan-inspired pizza.
Grilled Specials - This station serves an assortment of grilled meats such as pork barbecue, pork belly, chicken, and chicken liver.
Lechon Belly - No Cebuano feast is complete without this roasted pork belly dish. The meat is tender, juicy, savory, and aromatic while the skin is super crispy.
Chicharon Bulaklak - This is a popular Filipino snack made of pork ruffled fat that is deep-fried until super crispy. This is usually dipped in spiced vinegar and eaten as a snack or with steamed rice.
Roast Beef - The beef is well-marinated with aromatics and the meat is tender and juicy. It is served with gravy on the side.
Pancit Bihon Guisado - This is a Filipino noodle dish made of thin rice noodles sautéed with vegetables, pork, chicken, and shrimp.
Sweet and Sour Fish - A Filipino-Chinese dish made with fried fish fillets with sweet and sour sauce. This is usually served at family parties and gatherings.
Fresh Fruits Fruits in season such as watermelon, melon, and pineapple.
Halo-Halo - A Filipino cold dessert made of shaved ice with condensed milk and topped with sweetened beans, jellies, yams, and fruits.
Sample Plates
Great combination of freshly cooked Pesto Pasta from the Pasta Station and newly made Four Cheese Pizza from the Pizza Station.
The best of Filipino comfort food including Chicharon Bulaklak, Grilled Pork Belly, and Lechon Belly. Best paired with steamed rice and all went well with vinegar.
A slice of Roast Beef smothered with gravy and served with grilled vegetables.
Halo-Halo for dessert. I had my halo-halo with sweetened white beans, red beans, golden sweetcorn, macapuno, cornflakes, and ube jam.
