Seda Ayala Center Cebu is an upscale hotel located in Cebu Business Park, the financial and business district of Cebu City, Philippines. The hotel stands right next to the Ayala Center Cebu shopping mall. Seda Hotels is a Filipino hotel brand owned and managed by Ayala Land Hotels & Resorts.
Check-in for all guests is done here at the reception area. It was seamless and efficient but can get busy during peak hours. After I received my keycards, I was assisted by the concierge to my room. Do note that it is not possible to check in at the Club Lounge.
Lobby & Public Areas
The hotel's lobby area has a warm and homey feel. The double-height ceiling makes the area feel airy. Here is the seating area near the reception where you can lounge in case you arrive earlier than the official check-in time.
This seating area with an overlooking view of the swimming pool is my preferred spot to lounge in the lobby. It is relatively quieter here and is also nearer the elevator, the cafe, and the all-day dining restaurant.
Also located in the lobby is this e-lounge which features iMac workstations. Guests can use these to surf the internet for last-minute research on dining options in the city. It is not recommended to use these workstations to access email or social media accounts. Making online purchases is also discouraged.

Club Room
The Club Room is one of the two guestroom categories of Seda Ayala Center Cebu. The room measures 32 square meters and is available with a king-size bed or twin beds. Guests who booked a Club Room enjoy access to the Club Lounge (located on the 12th floor) during their stay. Read more ►
Club Lounge
Guests who booked a club room or a suite enjoy Club Lounge access and benefits for their entire stay at Seda Ayala Center Cebu. Some of the benefits include all-day non-alcoholic beverages, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapes, continental buffet breakfast, and complimentary use of the Club Lounge facilities.

Fitness & Wellness Facilities
All guests staying at Seda Ayala Center Cebu can use the outdoor swimming pool. It is located at the garden level and is accessible from the al fresco area of the restaurant. The pool is open daily from 6:00am to 8:00pm.
Seda Ayala Center Cebu also has a well-equipped gym complete with state-of-the-art treadmills. It has all the gear needed for a good workout so you can stay fit during your trip. The gym is located in the basement and is open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm.
Transportation
Seda Ayala Center Cebu is located approximately 12 kilometers from Mactan Cebu International Airport which serves flights to and from key cities in the Philippines, Asia, and the Middle East.
- Airport Transfer - I recommend the GRAB ride-hailing app. When booking a ride from the airport, make sure that you select Seda Ayala Center Cebu as your destination. Fare ranges between PHP500 to PHP600 depending on the type of GrabCar and the time of booking.
- Moving Around - I also recommend using the GRAB ride-hailing app when traveling around the metropolitan Cebu area.
