Enjoy Unlimited Dim Sum when you dine at Wu Xing, the premier Chinese restaurant of Clark Marriott Hotel. This is served from 11:30am to 2:30pm every Monday to Wednesday of the whole month of August 2022.
Unlimited Dim Sum is priced at ₱1,188 nett per person (₱688 nett for kids) and includes free-flowing house tea and one glass of iced tea. Please note that Club Marriott discount does not apply here since this is already a promotional offer.

Each order of dim sum comes with three to four pieces of dumplings. You can also customize the number of dumplings (e.g. 2pcs instead of 3pcs) or order a set with assorted dumplings. Add-ons are also available featuring selected a la carte items at a discounted price of ₱488 nett each.

Sample Dishes
Here is a dim sum set with Shrimp Dumpling (hargow), Pork & Shrimp Dumpling (shumai), and Scallop Dumpling. While the hargow and the shumai are both excellent, the scallop dumpling really stood out.
This dim sum set includes Pork & Shrimp Dumpling (shumai), Crystal Dumpling (with assorted vegetables), and Barbecue Pork Bun. I love the sweetness and crunchiness of the vegetable filling of the crystal dumpling. The barbecue pork bun was not over-steamed and the barbecue pork filling was very flavorful.
The Steamed Spare Ribs were very tender and not very fatty. Wu Xing also did a great job removing the gamey taste of the pork.
The Steamed Chicken Feet were well marinated in XO sauce. The dish was perfectly cooked so that the skin and the fats would just melt in your mouth. I love the mild spiciness of this dish.
Here is a combination of Pan-Fried Radish Cake (2pcs) and Shrimp Spring Roll (2pcs) which are beautifully presented on this plate. The radish cake was cooked the way I wanted - moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The spring rolls were generously filled with shrimp.
This set includes Shrimp Wonton Hong Kong Style, Pork & Chicken Dumpling, and Baked Pastry Puff with Barbecue Pork. I prefer the spring rolls over the shrimp wontons. The fried gelatinous rice dumpling has a crispy crust and is stuffed with minced pork and chicken.
Roasted Pork Belly - The meat was super tender while the skin was very crispy. In between is a thin layer of gelatinous fat that would just melt in your mouth. This is served with hoisin sauce and mustard on the side. The original price is ₱880++.
Roasted Chicken in Premium Soya Sauce - The chicken meat was tender and very juicy with fragrant flavour and balanced saltiness and sweetness. The chicken was well-cooked that the skin had a jelly-like texture. The original price is ₱790++.
Wok-Fried Rice Noodle with Beef Tenderloin - I love that the rice noodles absorbed much of the dark soy sauce giving it a smokey and sweet taste. The dish comes with generous serving of beef. The original price is ₱580++.
