I started my meal with this platter of cheeses, cold cuts, and dried fruits from the restaurant's very own Wine N Cheese Room. I paired them with this glass of sparkling wine.
I then went to the Japanese Station and got myself some sashimi, sushi, and tempura. The salmon, tuna, and red snapper all tasted fresh. The shrimp tempura was plump, tender, and tasted naturally sweet.
Here are some of the items from the cold seafood station. Aside from the fresh oysters, all other items are already pre-cooked, chilled, and ready to be eaten. You also have them grilled with your preferred sauces.
This plate is a good mix of international dishes consisting of yang chow fried rice, roast beef, roast chicken, beef kaldereta, lamb curry, and kadai paneer.
Food Exchange Manila serves really good Indian food. So good that I had another batch of Indian dishes this time with prawn biryani, shrimp and squid tandoori, fish tandoori, lamb curry, butter chicken, and kadai paneer.
Here are dishes from the Chinese station. There are birthday noodles, stir-fried pork with peppercorn sauce, fish fillet and tofu in oyster sauce, Hainanese chicken, and pork char siu.
We also had beef satay, pork satay, and chicken satay. These grilled meats are best paired with ice-cold beer.
From the Italian station, I had a slice of six cheese pizza as well as assorted pasta dishes such as alfredo pasta, pesto pasta, and cheese pasta.
Here are assorted local and western dessert items. My top favorites were the biko, the walnut tart, and the apple tart. These items went well with coffee.
