De Bale Bar & Lounge is a cocktail bar at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. It took inspiration from the spice trade in the East Indies and translated it into innovative cocktails infused with local spices and herbs.
De Bale Bar & Lounge stands in a courtyard next to the resort's reception pavilion. The bar is open daily and welcomes both in-house guests and walk-in guests.

Seating Areas
De Bale Bar & Lounge has both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The indoor seating area is an open-air and shaded venue with bar counter seats as well as tables for solo diners and couples. Tables that can host groups are available in the outdoor seating area. The outdoor seating area is also shaded by trees.
Highlights
As mentioned earlier, cocktails here at de Bale Bar & Lounge are infused with local spices and herbs, creating some of the most unique cocktails you can find in Bali. The same concept is applied to their food offerings.
A must-try here at de Bale Bar & Lounge is the Jamu Sling. This signature drink is very refreshing with complex citrus and woodsy spice flavors. It includes spice- and herb-infused gin (Tanqueray No. 10), jamu juice, cherry heering, D.O.M. Benedictine, fresh tangerine juice, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, plus a dash of Angostura bitters.
Cocktails here are best paired with the Mini Baked Babi Guling Pie. These empanadas are filled with Balinese-spiced pork and served with sambal matah, a Balinese condiment made with fresh chilis and shallot.
