Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort is a five-star beachfront resort located on the northeastern coast of Mactan Island in Cebu, Philippines. Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort soft opened in September 2022.
Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort is part of Sheraton Hotels & Resort, a premium hotel brand by Marriott International. It is the third Sheraton property in the Philippines and is the first Sheraton resort in the country. Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort is a Marriott Bonvoy participating property.
Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort is just 30 minutes drive away from Mactan-Cebu International Airport. Arriving guests will be dropped off at the resort's driveway. From here, guests can already have a glimpse of the resort and the vast sea.
The excitement builds up as you walk from the driveway into the lobby where you will be welcomed by the sweet and warm smile of the resort's staff. The reception area is open-air with stunning vistas of the property.
I really find this water feature very impressive. This infinity fountain extends from the reception area and visually connects to the open sea. In the center are sculpture pieces that beautifully reflect the sunlight.

Guestroom Ocean View
The Guestroom Ocean View is one of the two guestroom categories of Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort. The Guestroom Ocean View is one category higher than the lead-in category, the Guestroom Courtyard View. Measuring 50 square meters, the Guestroom Ocean View features a balcony with a view of the sea.
Junior Suite
The Junior Suite measures 96 square meters and features a separate bedroom and living room, an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a washroom. The Junior Suite also has a balcony with a view of the sea.

5 Cien Restaurant
5 Cien Restaurant is the all-day dining and buffet restaurant of Sheraton Cebu Mactan. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and serves Western, Asian, and Filipino cuisines for buffet and a la carte dining.
DIP Nikkei Restaurant
DIP Nikkei is the specialty Nikkei restaurant of Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort. Led and managed by a Peruvian chef, DIP is the first and only restaurant in the Philippines that serves authentic Nikkei cuisine, making it a destination restaurant in Mactan, Cebu.
Buhi Cave Bar
Buhi Cave Bar is the beachfront bar of Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort. The bar serves classic and innovative cocktails, as well as wines that can be paired with Spanish tapas and Mediterranean dishes.
Breakfast Buffet
The Breakfast Buffet at Sheraton Cebu Mactan is served daily from 06:00am to 10:30am at 5 Cien Restaurant. The breakfast buffet features Continental, Western, Asian, and Filipino dishes. There are also live cooking stations serving egg dishes, noodle soup, and pancakes.
Swimming Pools & Beach
Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort has a two-tier infinity swimming pool that is inspired by the rice terraces of the Cordilleras in the northern Philippines. The pools are surrounded by sun loungers and lifeguards are on duty. Guests can order drinks and snacks from the nearby Buhi Bar.
Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort features a white sand beach. The water is generally calm and is safe for swimming. The bottom of the beach is not rocky. The pools and the beach are facing the east direction. It is best to swim in the morning when the sun's rays are softer. You also avoid getting sunburned.
Fitness & Wellness Facilities
Sheraton Fitness is open 24 hours and features a wide range of workout equipment including treadmills, free weights, cardiovascular workout machines, and weight training equipment.
The resort also has open spaces which is the ideal venue for morning exercises such as stretching, yoga, and tai chi. This lawn is also perfect for kids to enjoy their outdoor recreational activities.
Sheraton Spa
The best way to end your holiday at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort is with a rejuvenating massage at Sheraton Spa. They offer massages that combine various techniques that will relieve the stresses in your body and promote balance in your mind. The spa has treatment rooms for individuals and couples.
Transportation
Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort is located approximately 10 kilometers from Mactan Cebu International Airport, the main domestic and international gateway for travelers to the island of Mactan.
- Airport Transfer - I recommend the GRAB ride-hailing app. When booking a ride from the airport, make sure that you select Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort as your destination. Fare ranges between PHP400 to PHP500 depending on the type of GrabCar (4-seater or 6-seater) and the time of booking. Travel time is around 30 minutes.
- Private Transport Service - The most convenient way to travel between Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort and the airport is to book the resort's transport service. Rates start at ₱950 (2-4 persons) for an SUV or ₱1,550 (5-9 persons) for a van. Airport pick-up should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Moving Around - I also recommend using the GRAB ride-hailing app when traveling around Mactan and downtown Cebu areas.
