Tribe Bali Kuta Beach is a design-led lifestyle hotel located at Kuta Beach in southwestern Bali, Indonesia. It features contemporary design, smart rooms, collaborative co-working spaces, and amenities that focus on the essentials.
Tribe Bali Kuta Beach officially opened in November 2022, marking the debut of the Tribe hotel brand in Indonesia. Tribe is part of Ennismore, the lifestyle hospitality unit of the Accor Group. It focuses on delivering high-quality hotel experiences to modern travelers at an affordable price.
The check-in process is straightforward and efficient. The staff delivered warm hospitality without using scripted language that you would typically hear in luxury hotels. Standard check-in time is at 2:00pm while check-out is at 12:00 noon.

Tribe Comfort Balcony
The Tribe Comfort Balcony is one of the three lead-in guestroom categories of Tribe Bali Kuta Beach. This room category measures 28 square meters and is available in a king-size bed or two twin-beds configuration. It has a private balcony as the room category name suggests.
Tribe Comfort XL Suite with Ocean View Balcony
The Tribe Comfort XL Suite with Ocean View Balcony is the highest room category of Tribe Bali Kuta Beach. Measuring 54 square meters, this room is furnished with a king-size bed, a spacious sitting area, a bathtub, and a private balcony with a view of Kuta Beach and the Indian Ocean.
The Social Hub
The Social Hub is at the very center of the live, work, and play culture of Tribe. Your arrival will be welcomed by the hotel's lobby which is designed as a vibrant communal space with plenty of seating areas for solo travelers and groups.
Tribe Kitchen is a café by day and a bar by night. During the day, it serves pastries, sandwiches, and cakes paired with barista-made coffee, tea, juices, and soda. Guests can also order meals from the rooftop restaurant and have them served here.
Tribe Kitchen transforms into a bar at night starting with the happy hour which runs from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Also located in the lobby is the 24/7 Grab & Go stand that offers fresh salads and local beverages.
The Social Hub is open to all in-house guests and walk-in guests. Universal power outlets and password-free WiFi are available throughout the lobby so you can recharge and stay connected.
The long table near the cafe is ideal for digital nomads to catch up on work while sipping on their hand-crafted coffee. This is also perfect for social gatherings among traveling friends or as a venue for collaborative meetings.
This corner offers separate tables for a semi-private setting for individuals, couples, or small groups. I like the flexibility that the guests can order drinks and snacks from the cafe or Grab & Go and have them served here.
This lounge area is perhaps the most Instagrammable spot in the lobby. It offers a more private space that can comfortably seat a big group.
Afterglow Bar & Kitchen
Afterglow Bar & Kitchen is the all-day dining restaurant of Tribe Bali Kuta Beach. It serves Western and Indonesian cuisines. Cocktails, beer, wines, and spirits are also on offer. The restaurant is also the main breakfast venue of the hotel.
Breakfast Buffet at Tribe Bali Kuta Beach
The Breakfast Buffet at Tribe Bali Kuta Beach is served daily from 06:30am to 10:30am at Afterglow Bar & Kitchen. The breakfast buffet features Continental, Western, and Indonesian dishes. There is also a live cooking station serving egg dishes. Platinum and Diamond members of ALL - Accor Live Limitless can avail their complimentary breakfast benefit during their stay at Tribe Bali Kuta Beach.
Rooftop Infinity Pool
The hotel's rooftop infinity pool is located on the sixth floor. It has a magnificent view of Kuta Beach and will surely be one of the highlights of your stay here at Tribe Bali Kuta Beach. You can also watch the dramatic Kuta Beach sunset from here.
Sun loungers and day beds are available for in-house guests. While seated here, you can also order drinks and snacks from Afterglow Bar & Kitchen, the rooftop restaurant next to the pool. Happy hour is from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Kuta Beach
Tribe Bali Kuta Beach stands along Jalan Pantai Kuta, the main thoroughfare of the Kuta tourist area, and the famed Kuta Beach is just a few steps away from the hotel. Kuta Beach used to be the most popular spot for professional surfers in Bali.
Today, it is a favorite among tourists who wish to learn surfing. This is due to its easy accessibility and the abundance of hotels, restaurants, and cafes in the area. Surfing lessons are offered here. You can also book surfing lessons online.
Guest Facilities & Services
Tribe Bali Kuta Beach provides laundry service but you can also take advantage of the complimentary self-service laundry at the lobby level. Just approach the reception desk for assistance. As an in-house guest, you also enjoy complimentary use of the 24/7 gym. In-room spa service is also available via a third-party spa.
Transportation
Tribe Bali Kuta Beach is located approximately 4 kilometers from Ngurah Rai International Airport, the main domestic and international gateway for travelers to the island of Bali.
- Airport Transfer - I recommend the GRAB Lounge located in the international arrival area. You can either book your ride with your Grab application or have the staff book a ride for you. The Fare ranges between IDR 200,000 to IDR250,000 depending on the type of GrabCar (Airport DPS 4-seater or Premium Airport 6-seater) and the time of booking. Travel time is around 30 minutes.
- Private Transport Service - You can book online a third-party airport transfer service through Klook. There are also private transport providers and Bluebird Taxi available in the international arrival area.
- Moving Around - I also recommend using the GRAB ride-hailing app when traveling around Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Denpasar, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Uluwatu areas.
