Sample Breakfast Dishes
Here are some of the dishes we tried during our recent stay at The Lind Boracay. The menu changes every day, so some of the dishes below may not be available on your day of visit. You can watch our breakfast buffet video tour on YouTube or Facebook.
This set includes cornflakes with soy milk and topped with cashew nuts, chia seed pudding, and cappuccino.
We ordered Eggs Florentine with smoked salmon. The hollandaise sauce had a well-balanced tartness, saltiness, and creaminess.
Here is our omelet cooked with a generous amount of ham and cheese. The omelet was very moist inside and tasted very cheesy.
Here is my DIY chicken noodle soup. I had it with egg noodles, lots of chicken, eggs, and scallions. The chicken broth was warm and comforting.
This plate includes pancit canton, fried egg, daing na bangus, and siomai.
This plate includes egg fried rice, fried egg, daing na bangus, and spicy soft tofu with minced pork, all sprinkled with lots of scallions.
Here's ginataang bilo-bilo and overnight oats.
