Sample Dishes
From the Dim Sum station are these steamed sticky rice meatballs, steamed pork dumplings with crab roe, and steamed Taiwanese sweet potatoes
I had the Tainan-Style Noodles from the noodle station. It is topped with minced pork and chili paste for an extra kick of spiciness.
There is a make-your-own station for Rou Jia Mo (usually referred to as Chinese hamburger). It is basically a bun filled with shredded pork stew. I also ordered Scrambled Eggs with scallions to match the flavor of the Rou Jia Mo.
Another classic Taiwanese breakfast dish is the Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice). I had mine with Japanese steamed rice and pickled mustard greens.
From the Japanese station, I had the grilled mackerel, stir-fried noodles, and chicken stew. I also had miso soup and a bowl of Japanese steamed rice.
There are two coffee machines, one with regular milk and another one with oat milk. I got myself an Oatmilk Lattee.
