Breakfast Buffet

From the A La Carte Menu
The Crispy Lechon de Cebu is the signature dish of Seda Central Bloc Cebu. The meat was tender and very flavorful while the skin was crispy. It is served with steamed rice on the side. The dish is good for 2-3 persons.
Pancit Canton is a classic Filipino-Chinese dish made of egg noodles stir-fried with vegetables and meat. This one is served with scrambled egg topping. This dish is also good for 2-3 persons.
