From the A La Carte Menu
The Cebuano Humba is a classic local dish made with pork brasied in a sweetened soy sauce flavored with garlic, star anise, and black pepper. The dish must be paired with steamed rice.
The Korean Fried Chicken, also called Yangnyeom Chicken, is Korean-style fried chicken with a crispy crust and coated with a sweet and spicy sauce. This can be enjoyed with steamed rice or partered with ice cold beer.
The Pancit Bihon Guisado is a classic Filipino-Chinese dish made with rice vermicelli stir-fried with vegetables and meat. You can order this as a snack of as part of a family-style meal.
The Club Sandwich by Savoy Cafe is generously served with chicken, bacon, ham, lettuce, and tomato. On the side is a serving of fries with mayo and ketchup dip.
Ensaymada is Filipino pastry that originated from Spain. This pastry has a flyffy texture and topped with butter and grated cheese. This is a popular breakfast item or as afternoon snack usully paired with coffee or hot chocolate. The ensaymada served at Savoy Café was recently voted as the best ensaymada in Cebu.
