The Studio Executive serviced apartment measures 21 square meters and is available with a queen-sized bed or two twin beds. It also features a work desk, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchenette furnished with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a bread toaster, a drinking water dispenser, and a mini fridge. Glassware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils are also provided.

The One-Bedroom Deluxe serviced apartment measures 24 square meters and features a separate bedroom and living room. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a work desk, a dining table, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Amenities include an electric stove, a rice cooker, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a bread toaster, a drinking water dispenser, a mini fridge, a washing machine, and dryer. Glassware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils are also provided.

The Two-Bedroom Deluxe serviced apartment measures 45 square meters and features two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a work desk. It has an attached private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a work desk.
The living room features a sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Amenities include an electric stove, a rice cooker, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a bread toaster, a drinking water dispenser, a full fridge, a washing machine, and dryer. Glassware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils are also provided. The second bathroom is located in the living area.
Dining, Shopping & Grocery
The Suites at Torre Lorenzo Malate does not have an in-house restaurant, but the property is surrounded by local and international restaurants and cafes. Three block away is the Robinsons Place Manila mall which houses more options for dining, shopping, and entertainment
Guests staying at The Suites at Torre Lorenzo Malate can also shop for groceries at the mall's Robinsons Supermarket. They have fresh meats, vegetables, and fruits, as well as frozen and canned meat products. Bottled beverages are also sold here.
Guest Facilities
Guests staying at The Suites at Torre Lorenzo Malate enjoy complimentary access and use of the outdoor swimming pool. Sun loungers are available here.
