The hotel was previously the Murray Building built in 1969 as a government office building. The building was then re-developed into a hotel, formally opening its doors in 2018 as The Murray, Hong Kong. The US$ 1 billion retrofitting and renovation project was undertaken by Foster + Partner, a British international studio for architecture and integrated design.

The Murray Suite is the highest suite category of The Murray, Hong Kong. Luxuriously spacious at 225 square meters, the Murray Suite features a bedroom with his and hers walk-in wardrobes and an oversized en-suite bathroom. The suite has separate living and dining areas, a pantry, a study, and a fitness zone. Bath amenities are by Aesop and Grown Alchemist.

The restaurant has indoor and alfresco dining areas that offer breathtaking views of the Hong Kong Central Business District.
Semi-Buffet Breakfast at The Murray, Hong Kong
The Semi-Buffet Breakfast at The Murray, Hong Kong is available daily at The Tai Pan, the hotel's main breakfast venue. The continental buffet features bread and pastries, breakfast cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits, premium cold cuts, cheeses, salad bar, congee, and a selection of dim sum.
Fitness & Wellness Amenities
