Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo is an upscale hotel nestled within the vibrant Iloilo Business Park of Iloilo City, Philippines. The hotel opened in May 2018, marking a significant milestone as the first international brand hotel in the city and the inaugural Marriott-branded hotel in this region.
The fifteen-story hotel stands conveniently next to the Iloilo Convention Center (ICC), catering perfectly to business travelers and attendees of MICE events. The Deluxe Room at Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo measures 32 sqm and is available with a king-sized bed or two double beds. All Deluxe Rooms offer a view of the business park and the surrounding cityscape.
Complimentary Wifi Internet
Complimentary wifi internet is available in all rooms and public areas of the property. No password is required to connect to the wifi. During our stay, the download speed was 23.99 Mbps while the upload speed was 24.05 Mbps.

Guests staying at Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo enjoy complimentary use of the hotel's outdoor swimming pool. There is a separate section for kids. Additionally, a lifeguard is present to ensure safety and supervision. Guests can order snacks and drinks from the poolside bar. The pool is open daily from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
Location & Transportation
Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo is located some 20km from Iloilo International Airport, the main domestic gateway for travelers to Iloilo City. Several local airlines serve daily flights to Iloilo from Manila and other key cities around the Philippines. As of April 2024, there are no international flights to Iloilo City.

- GRAB - You can also book a GrabCar using the GRAB ride-hailing app. Fare ranges between PHP500 to PHP600 depending on the type of GrabCar you choose (4-seater or 6-seater) and the time of booking. Fare is fixed upon booking. Travel time is around 20-30 minutes.
Moving Around
- GRAB - I recommend using the GRAB ride-hailing app when traveling around Iloilo City.
- Taxi - I don't recommend taking a local taxi
