What I adore about The Loft is the combination of breathtaking city views and exceptional cocktails. Each drink is crafted from The Old Waldorf Astoria Bar Book and creatively reinterpreted using vibrant Thai flavors and garnishes.

Classic & Signature Cocktails

The classic Waldorf cocktail features a base of Michter’s Bourbon, blended with Mancino Sweet Vermouth, cardamom maple, and chocolate bitters, and finished with a garnish of Thai basil. This sophisticated drink offers a rich, woody flavor complemented by aromatic notes of cardamom and Thai basil.

The Mamie Taylor is a sophisticated mix of Monkey Shoulder Whiskey, saffron, dry vermouth, and nutmeg tincture, enhanced with aromatic bitters, lime, ginger ale, and a frothy egg white.

Artists at the Loft, Vol. II
a curated collection of 13 cocktails that masterfully blend various artistic techniques with the art of mixology

Inspired by the drip painting technique, Just Drop It is a rich and silky cocktail crafted from Suntory Kakubin whiskey, saffron-infused Lillet Blanc, aloe vera juice, citrus, lotus and tamarind Silpin syrup, Perrier. To complete the artwork, edible drops of ink flavored with mixed berries (red), ginger (orange), butterfly pea (blue), and basil (green) are added to the drink.

Interpreting the art of paper layering, the Magic Moment is a sweet and tangy cocktail with a rich complexity. It combines Nikka From the Barrel, Dalyame Shochu, roasted corn syrup, verjus, lime juice, and AER. The drink is finally topped with an edible artwork.

Employing the spray art technique, Cha Thai is a smooth, spicy, and fresh cocktail featuring Phraya rum, Thai tea-infused Mancino Blanco, and Amaretto Disaronno, enhanced with kaffir and tamarind Silpin syrup, lime juice, and crowned with a delicate Thai jasmine rice Silpin foam.
