The Spa at Le Méridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa offers Thai and Western body treatments using natural oils, Thai herbs, and aromatherapy products. Guests can choose among a variety of massages, body scrubs, and facials.
The Spa welcomes both in-house and walk-guests. Prior reservation is required. Guests are requested to be in the spa 15 minutes prior to the confirmed appointment. This is to allow time for the pre-treatment consultation and preparations.

The Spa Experience
I arrived at The Spa 15 minutes ahead of my appointment and was introduced to my assigned therapist. The pre-treatment consultation started with a welcome drink.
I chose the 60-minute Sport Massage and told my therapist to focus on my lower back, back, and shoulders. I chose the lemongrass oil for my massage.

Solo Treatment Room
The Spa has treatment rooms for solo guests and for couples. Every treatment room has its own private walk-in shower. Couples treatment rooms are fitted with a bathtub. A post-treatment tea was served at the reception area.
