Basque Signature Cocktails
Elevated Sangria is a rich and aromatic blend of dried mango, cinnamon-infused Pisco El Gobernador, China-China liqueur, red wine, lime juice, and blackberry jam.
Cousin White is a smooth and velvety cocktail blending Armagnac, rum, Jelinek Fernet, heavy cream, and egg white for a rich, creamy finish.
Sangre de Maria is a bold and savory cocktail featuring thyme and black olive-infused Hofland vodka, Gonzalez-Byass Pedro Ximénez, lime juice, and a touch of gazpacho for a unique twist.
Poinbreak is a tropical and spicy delight, blending Ron Ebargo Añejo, Madagascar vanilla and Espelette pepper liqueurs, lime and pineapple juice, piquillo syrup, and creamy coconut.
